The Calex product offering includes
instrumentation amplifiers and other instrumentation modules for
conditioning low level DC signals with special focus on strain
gage signal conditioning. Calex also manufactures a variety of
analog I/O modules for Micro PLCs. Input options include TC, RTD,

Calex Signal Conditioners

The
Model 430 is a current output signal conditioner,
complete with a true differential input instrumentation
amplifier, and a highly stable bridge excitation supply.
It is powered from the AC line. The input amplifier incorporates
a two pole roll off, 3 Hertz filter to reduce the influence
of mechanical noise and power line interference on the
input. The unit is encapsulated in an epoxy filled plastic
container with through bolt mounting holes and screw terminal
barrier strips for easy attachment of all wires.

It contains a precision differential amplifier with filtered

bridge excitation source. The Model 436 contains an isolated
DC/DC converter which operates off 10 to 36 Volts DC.
The unit is completely encapsulated for use in rugged
environments.
