Quartz pressure sensor for measuring
dynamic and quasistatic pressures up to 1000 bar at temperatures up to 200°C. Excellent cycling life and endurance in continuous
operation with pressure shocks and rapid pressure rises.
The diaphragm transmits the pressure to the quartz measuring
element. The diaphragm of this sensor is machined from the solid and designed to attain a high cycling life even under severe
dynamic loading. However, this sensor is, as compared to the types 601/6001, more sensitive to rapid temperature changes during
the measurement.
