Kistler Model 9712 High Impedance Load Cells

The 9712B series of force sensing load cells measure dynamic events in a wide variety of applications. Availabl in five measuring ranges from 5 lbf. to 5,000 lbf. and contained in a convential load cell style housing, all models are capable of measuring compression and tension forces.

Kistler Models 9212, 9222 High Impedance Load Cells

The 9212 and 9222 are force sensing load cells that measure quasi-static and dynamic events in a wide variety of applications. Available in two different load cell style housing configurations (hex and square), the 9212 has a 50 pC/lbf. sensitivity while the 9222 has 19 pC/lbf.

Kistler Models 9251A, 9252A, 9250A4, 9251A4 3-Component Force Sensor

The force sensor contains 3 pairs of quartz rings which are mounted between two steel plates in the sensor housing. Two quartz pairs are sensitivie to shear and measure the force components Fx and Fy, while one quartz pair sensitive to pressure measures the component Fz of a force acting on the sensor. The electrical charges proportional to the different components are led via electrodes to the corresponding connectors.

Kistler Models 9101A, 9102A, 9103A, 9104A Industrial Force Sensors

For monitoring of industrial processes, force sensors are required, which can be easily installed in machinery. Robust design and reliability during continuous operation together with good repeatability of the measured values are additional characteristics of these sensors.

Kistler Model 9203 Quartz Force Sensor

This highly sensitive transducer is suitable for measuring quasistatic and dynamic tensile and compressive forces ranging from a few mN to 500 N. The special advantages of this transducer lie in its very high sensitivity, high frequency and small dimensions. Especially when measuring very small quasistatic forces it is necessary to ensure that the transducer is not exposed to temperature changes during the measurement.

Kistler Model 9207 Quartz Force Sensor With High Sensitivity

The Model 9207 is a quartz force sensor with high sensitivity for measuring quasistatic and dynamic tensile and compressive forces in the range of less than 1 mN to 50 N. High rigidity, very small transverse sensitivity and minimum sensitivity to thermal influences are outstanding features of this sensor, which is therefore suited for general applications. The sensor is mounted in a bore with a M10x1-thread and the force introduced at its front end.

Miniature quartz force sensor for measuring dynamic and quasistatic forces from a few mN to 2500 N. Very high resolution, high natural frequency, very small dimensions, welded construction. High temperature cable tightly attached to sensor case.

Kistler Model 9602 Force Sensor With Integrated Electronics

The sensor is suitable for indirect force measurement (force shunt mode) as well as for direct measurements in the main force flux. The force sensor produces an amplified, low- impedance force-proporational voltage signal which can be directly processed by machine control systems, for example. The sensor connection is made via a multiple cable which can be a plug-in or integrated type.

High rigidity, very small transverse sensitivity and minimum sensitivity to thermal influences are outstanding features of this transducer, which is therefore suited for general applications.

Kistler Model 9601A VarioCOMP Multicomponent Force Sensor

Multi-component, quartz force sensor for use in industry. The sensor can optionally be supplied with 1, 2 or 3 measuring axes. Various versions of connector outlet and the integrated cable provide optimum conditions for attachment to the equipment tested.

Kistler Models 9301B, 9371B Quartz Force Links

The force sensor is mounted under preload between two nuts and, therefore can measure compression and tensile forces. The quartz element yields an electric charge which is proportional to the force. This is picked off by an electrode and transferred via a connector.

Kistler Models 9173B, 9174B, 9175B, 9176B SlimLine Quartz Force Links

Compact force link for measuring tension and compression forces. A SlimLine sensor (SLS) Type 9133B21 to 9136B21 is fitted under preload and ground-insulated between two steel parts with threads. The integral cable is additionally protected by a Viton cable covering. Already calibrated (only compression force range), the SLS force links are easy to install and are immediately ready for measurement.

Kistler Models 9301B ... 9372A Quartz, High Impedance, Charge Mode Force Links

The 9300 Series quartz force links measure dynamic and short-term static compression and tension forces with near infinite resolution. Extremely small forces throughout the total range can also be measured with great accuracy. Tension or compressive tare components may be eliminated prior to making measurements by simply activiting the reset switch function located on the charge amplifier.

Kistler Models 9039, 9049, 9069 Quartz Torque Sensor

The torque sensor consists of two steel disks, between which a ring is fitted which contains several shear-sensitive quartz plates. The crystal axes of the quartz plates are oriented tangentially to the peripheral direction and therefore yield a charge exactly proporational to the applied torque.

Kistler Models 9235A, 9235A1 Quartz Strain Transducer

Kistler Model 9204B PinSens Force Sensor

PinSens Type 9204B is a simply constructed force sensor for indirect mold cavity pressure measurement behind a measuring or ejector pin. The diameter of the measuring or ejector pin must be taken into account in the conversion from for to pressure.

Kistler Model 9234A Strain Transmitter

Piezoelectric strain sensor with integrated charge amplifier. The transmitter is suitable for measuring force-proportional strain on machinery or structural surfaces (indorect force measurement). Using remote control via a low resistance multicore cable connection, the measuring range can be adjusted to the optimum signal curve of FS 0 ... +/-10 V.

Kistler Model 9001A ... 9071A Quartz Load Washers

The force to be measured acts through the cover and base of the tightly welded steel housing on the quartz sensing elements quartz yields an electric charge proportional to the mechanical load.

Kistler Models 9081A, 9091A Quartz Load Washers

Thanks to their high rigidity, load washers are suitable for measuring rapidly varying forces. The elastic behaviour of the object being measured is not altered substantially by this. Quasistatic measurements of several minutes duration are possible, but not measurements of unlimited duration.

Kistler Models 9277A5, 9277A25 Quartz Torque Dynamometer

The compact dynamometer possesses an especially high sensitivity. The very lightweight top plate supporting the measuring object guarantees a high natural frequency, enabling torques to be measured on small high-speed motors.

Kistler Model 9275 Quartz Torque Dynamometer

Quartz torque dynamometer for measuring a torque acting around the sensor axis. The compact dynamometer possesses high rigidity and therefore a high natural frequency, enabling the smallest dynamic changes to be measured in large basic torques.
