Dynamic Force Processor Unipulse Model F395
The F395 Dynamic Force Processor is designed for control of the forces and displacements that assure the quality on an automated production line to meet all defined production requirements. The F395 can control any processes where precisely defined functional relationships between two variables can be demonstrated. Application examples include: Press Fitting, Injection Molding, Capping, Riveting or Torque Control, etc.

The F395 reacts to variations in user-defined waveforms, the pre-stored tolerances are used as references to the curves generated in the automated production process. The F395 will reject any failures and store the defective curves for analysis and process improvement. Comparisons made between production curves and known acceptable values can use a wide variety of testing parameters, Multi-Hold (Sample, Peak, Valley, Auto-inflection), Hysteresis, etc.

The F395 receives inputs from various sensors such as load, pressure, torque, acceleration, displacement, pulse or any sensors that converts sensed values into voltage/current signals.
